Promptness of response : Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Enfield, Herts, C Hooker - February 2020Promptness of response : Response to my initial inquiry was almost instant.
Quality of service : Mr Shah did not turn up at the agreed time, on chasing him, he said his car had broken down. He rescheduled twice before turning up and spent no more than 5 minutes doing the EPC survey at the property.
Value for money : The EPC price was very competitive.
Professionalism : I was surprised and disappointed with the lack of courtesy when Mr Shah did not turn up initially and did not let me know. It is difficult to justify a 5 minute survey as being detailed, thought thorough or diligent. My builder was at the property and he was not asked for any information about additional lagging/underlay or other work carried out on the property that has made it more energy efficient. The survey focused on what could be seen i.e. energy efficient light-bulbs and double glazing throughout.
