Quality of service :  Although I asked for a specific test on storage heaters (unusual high electricity consumption) and if a problem, some suggestions on solutions (repairs/replace, etc), nothing was covered in the final report, which was an NICEIC report. Supplier argues that it is all that that certificate provides, which I have to accept as I do not know anything about the certificates and abbreviations, BUT IN MY REQUEST FOR SERVICE I wrote my request for the check and for proposals, which were just ignored. When providing the quote, nothing was said that the certificate does not cover it or that the checks and report will not include it. This was one of the main drivers to get the professionals out to the flat, to help me solve a problem with high electricity consumption. Apart for not doing what was requested, the rest of the process and contact was very good.
Value for money :  Did not receive any prices from other suppliers as I accepted this quotation when it arrived, before anybody else responded. Seems comparable.
Professionalism :  Yes, contact and arrangements were very good and professional (except for the important work requested that was not covered and not mentioned or discussed during the quotation phase)
