Professionalism : Joanna was very professional in our dealings. A prompt response to the initial enquiry and very good communication throughout. As a busy clinic she was able to work with us and carry out her inspection at the weekend when we had no clients. There was a small delay in issuing the certificate but Joanna kept us fully informed of its progress and so we were very happy with her service.
