Value for money :  I was pleased that the surveyor mentioned the pylons and overhead power lines behind the houses across the road from the property I am considering buying. The surveyor also gave important information about the health risks. I have since arranged or an EMF test to be carried out.
Professionalism :  The only thing I would mention is that it was a bit of a performance getting into the report itself because of passwords being needed. I think paying for the report was also a bit of a performance for the same reason. We seemed to have to attempt both several times before succeeding, resulting in several emails. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the service and the survey. The surveyor had been very thorough in carrying out the survey.
