Drain Unblocking, B.Martin - February 2021A first class service, we had a blocked drain that was flooding our Cellar. I called in the afternoon and was told the Engineer would be there the next morning. All costs were explained to me. Unfortunately due to Tree Roots blocking the Drain, it was not possible to clear the drain completely. Flooding was temporarily solved, however Alick, The Engineer explained that we needed the drain digging out and a new soak away installed. He prepared the quote there and then, in detail, explaining the work involved and the costs and that the work could be completed the following week. Alick and his Team arrived as promised and worked in appalling Weather for 3 days solid and the work was completed to a high standard.

They explained every aspect of the job they were doing and the cost for each element of work. No hesitation in using them again.

G.Vallozzi - February 2021Called them out to unblock a stubborn egress pipe from the Kitchen and also for general cleaning of all of the Drains exiting the house. House is a recent purchase, built 1910 and we hae no map of the Drains. Engineer showed up within 2 hours. No call out fee but the Team knew their stuff and clearly explained options and charges. I asked for the camera survey and stood alongside them and watched the whole thing. They worked hard and fast and explained each step along the way. After the camera survey you've seen every inch of your own Drain system and know root causes for any issues downstream. Certainly felt like the work quoted and done was what was required and of high quality and there were no surprises. This might not be the cheapest option out there but in my opinion you get what you pay for!
Mr & Mrs Krishnan - February 2021Called these guys to sort out our completely blocked drains and toilets. The lady said they would call 30 minutes before the Engineers would arrive. This is indeed what happened. Two of their finest went in search of the elusive drain access points (we live in a Park Home) so not standard and as I was suffering a broken foot could not help to guide them. Very polite and courteous, they discussed the cost up front and when they found the blockage they explained the problem and dealt with it accordingly. Very open, honest and professional. The chap that came in to check the toilets wore a Covid mask and automatically removed his boots! Perfect!
