Again we found his work to be excellent, he did more than he is expected to do and got advice for us from a structural engineer, who has also now completed his work too. We found everyone to be extremely efficient, quick to respond, very pleasant and they have made 2 potentially stressful situations with problems found, much, much easier to deal with by providing extra help to look into the problems.
