Unfortunately the day the survey was supposed to be done, they didn't turn up, I wasn't contacted either and found out from my estate agents, but they were quick to resolve the issue and were very apologetic!

Promptness of response :  Had a call from them within 5 minutes of using the localsurveyors website. Once appointed they arranged for the inspection to be carried out within a few days.
Quality of service : 
Value for money :  They were neither the most expensive or the cheapest. Their quote was mid range but they impressed me with their apparent professionalism on the phone and their website which was the main reason I chose to use them above others.
Professionalism :  Only negative comment was that the report was not provided until after the 7 working days deadline.
