Promptness of response : I received a response the same day.
Quality of service : Yes. I had two properties with Tennant's and he was able to liaise between myself and the Tennant's to do the job. He was knowledgeable, gave good advice, polite and courteous.
Value for money : One property requires further work, which had to be done and this was reasonably priced.
Professionalism : He was professional, especially when dealing with a difficult tennant.
