The web site worked fine - I was surprised at what a wide circle of locations were given to me for a Bucks query - people as far as Salisbury were sent, with very cheap quotes, which I could not quite believe they could afford to do. I chose a local person who was very slightly more expensive David Bundy, whose work was good, prompt and thorough. I also chose him because he was the only one to email me with a reply address to which I could just send my commission which made it easy.
