A really excellent web site - I received replies to my query within hours - but was not bombarded with repeat emails. I had been a little nervous about using the website as I thought I would get 'pestered' but that was not the case at all. I chose David Rix who I was extremely satisfied with. He was excellent - dealt with the party wall award extremely efficiently and his fee was less than I had anticipated. He was easy to contact, replied very promptly and was very reassuring and professional. I am extremely grateful to him.
