The website was easy to use and gave me 3 names in my area. I followed up with Craig Watt, C W Energy Consultants (Bideford). Assessor arrived promptly at agreed time and carried out survey satisfactorily. He forwarded the certificate to our estate agent and logged the form with the National Agency. Cost was reasonable, particularly as Mr. Watts is not VAT registered.
