Promptness of response : the supplier contacted me within 24 hours and arranged to visit me, discussed the requirements and provided an estimate of cost and timescale.
Value for money : to date I am satisfied with Mr Crawford's services, especially considering the time of year, he has provided provisional plans and made required adjustments, all as required by us and is in the process of submitting the initial application to the local council.
