Welcome to Compliance Building Control. We are a client focused Approved Inspector, licensed by the Construction Industry Council and have full PI/PL insurance cover. We can provide the full Building Control service, as an alternative to using the Local Authority, in East London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Lincs.

We have assembled a team with a proven track record of excellence in professional, practical plan checking and site inspections who can provide the bespoke service clients require.

PLEASE NIOTE, we do not produce drawings, offer engineering services or design the construction.
Unfortunately projects that have already commenced can not be covered for Building Control by and Approved Inspector. We require at least 5 working days notice prior to commencement to register the project with the Local Authority
