I offer full liaison with planners & building control to get the clients proposal through to building stage. Promptness of response : We can not recommend Neil highly enough. Throughout the process, he was very quick to respond to any enquiry we made, however small, via email or phone. He updated us as the process evolved so we were always aware of time scales and procedures.
Quality of service : Neil continually advised us in matters where we had limited knowledge. Plans drawn up for our house extension were discussed and modified until we were all happy of the best outcome. He is very approachable and gave us confidence and advice throughout.
Value for money : Over and above! No monies were paid up front and Neil continued to support and advise long after the final payment was made.
