Promptness of response : this supplier "went the extra mile" to advise on my problem, which I appreciated very much, although I will probably not be following up on their quote because my circumstances have changed. They are expensive, but evidently take care to ensure that domestic (householder) customers like me will benefit from (and obtain value for money from) their services. Highly recommended
