Cirpro was established in July 2013 by Terry Bartholomew DipSurv MRICS MAPM AaPS.

Keen to re-engage with clients on an individual project basis, Terry set about establishing the practice as a high quality niche professional consultancy, small enough to provide a personal and responsive service to clients, and large enough and with sufficient resources to handle the more challenging projects.

The team has gradually grown by careful recruitment and selection and we now operate across all markets including the residential, commercial, industrial and leisure sectors providing a full range of building surveying, development and allied management services.
