My name is Christina Byrne, and I am a fully qualified, certified and insured Domestic Energy assessor.

I am accredited with Elmhurst energy and have over 4 years’ experience in the industry. Having recently started up my own Domestic Energy Assessment business, Byrne Residential I am here to provide you with my expertise and assistance in assessing the energy efficiency of your property.

I provide EPCs for Clients, Solicitors, Estate Agents, Homeowners and Landlords.

I have carried out hundreds of EPC Assessments for domestic properties throughout Northern Ireland and pride myself on the quality, professionalism, experience and accuracy when carrying out and producing your Energy Performance Certificate.

With rising energy bills and a greater emphasis on greener living, a good EPC rating is now more important than ever.
