Promptness of response :  Initial contact was good, there was slight delay in the process of getting the survey booked, but this was partly due to the seller's communication. Overall, very good.
Quality of service :  The survey was carried out reliably and the follow up was prompt. The final report took longer to arrive, but within their stated time frames. The quality of the report was very thorough.
Value for money :  Very well priced in the market and provided, from what I can tell, a comparable service. Other more expensive providers didn't even answer my initial phonecalls.
Professionalism :  There was some confusion in the first instance around who was dealing with my case, but after this it was all good.
