Promptness of response :  It is always good if tradesmen are honest about timescale and give a firm date when they can actually get the job done which is what Matt did. I was prepared to wait a bit if I had a firm date in the diary
Quality of service :  Matt was efficient, clean and seemed to get quite a lot done in the timescale without interfering in our operations
Value for money :  He came out about average for the job, but it was a tricky one to pre quote on as we didn't know how much was really necessary
Professionalism :  He always got straight back after my texts and calls, always polite and helpful

Promptness of response :  He arrived shortly after I made the enquiry, repaired the one faulty item there and then and returned the next day complete with replacement which he then installed.
Quality of service :  Think I may have been lucky with the speed of repair - maybe that's to do with the fact that he's just started up on his own
Value for money :  I know how pricey professional work can be but I wasn't too disconcerted at his price, certainly don't think I was overcharged.
