Promptness of response :  Had an email within hours of submitting the request and was able to come out to the property within the same week.
Quality of service :  The report was very thorough and showed substantial research.
Value for money :  For a small price increase, we received a rental income figure as well as a valuation. We were also given a rebuilding cost for insurance purposes for free. This was the cheapest quote we received.
Professionalism :  I would highly recommend.
