Promptness of response :  Jim Black could not have more helpful and despite the distance between Hillsborough (where the coffee shop is) and Coleraine the Asbestos removal took from 26 August (WHEN HE MADE AN INITIAL VISIT UNTIL 18 SEPTEMBER WHEN ASBESTOS WAS REMOVED). The coffeeshop tenant was full of praise for Jim Black in respect of all his work and his liasing with the tenant so that a tarpalin could cover the void until the replacement roof could be installed this week. He said the quality of workmanship was superb.

Value for money :  I paid him by return !!
Professionalism :  I would recommend him to any interested party

Quality of service :  This was the only supplier to reply out of 7 contacts made The local (Bangor area) companies did not reply at all even with further phone calls to them AES Marconi did not reply after 3 phone calls Safety Advice Centre did not reply after emails and phone calls
Value for money :  I believe asbestos removal is highly overpriced for the amount of work required
Professionalism :  Good response time and always polite in communications Would recommend Thanks to Jim Black
