Promptness of response :  I cannot fault them at all. Both Neil and Alistair were quick to respond, to provide a quote and arrange the survey. Once the survey was arranged, I got a confirmation on the morning of the survey and one shortly before Alistair arrived for the survey. The survey and lab results came back with 3 days, so no complaints there.
Quality of service :  The survey was very through. Alistair spent at least two hours at the property and took appropriate samples. The items which came back as positive were the ones that he indicated during the survey he has some concerns about. Neil and Alistair even came around to do a second survey of a particular area of the house, the chimney breast which I had opened up after the first survey, free of charge. I cannot thank them enough for that. The report itself was very clear and thorough.
Value for money :  I did some shopping around, and I think these guys were the best value for money I could find. In particular given the amount of time they spend at the property, the samples included in the basic package, and the cost of additional samples.
Professionalism :  Cannot fault them at all. Very polite and explained everything with patience, despite a barrage of questions from me (a bit paranoid about asbestos).
