Promptness of response :  While not the first company to contact me, they were the first to come back with full details of pricing and availability and the most helpful in answering the questions I had.
Quality of service :  Booking the survey was simple, was available in a reasonable time frame and the report was very easy to read and explained our options in an easy to understand fashion.
Value for money :  Their quoted price was lower than most others who contacted me.
Professionalism :  Very helpful while arranging the survey, but would have liked some confirmation that the survey had occurred rather than having to wait for nearly another week before the report arrived.

The surveyor arrived on time and conducted an extremely thorough and detailed surveyor in about 4 hours. We await his report at the time of writing this feedback.
