At Architecture one we think about buildings significantly differently to most. Not just focusing on aesthetics or how they look and function. We create positive living environments and experiences for our clients and their occupants, with careful attention to functionality and detail. How a design integrates with environments around and within the building or additions that we create ensures the project provides for current requirements and those of future use in the creation of a living life time home or addition.
We are a small collective of regional designers covering the southwest working from home offices with a central hub in Weston-Super-Mare.
Working closely with our clients employing proven design evolution principals ensuring the final design deliverers upon our clients dreams and aspirations.
Recognising in these difficult times that many clients knowing planning approval is valid for a period of three years. And would chose to proceed with design and approval ahead of project commencement were it not for cost. Our interest free payment scheme, over a period of three months available provides the oppertunity to spread costs allowing your project to be in the envious position of being fully approved and ready to commence immediately time is right ( Please see our web site for further information).

He was incredibly helpful as I was on a time clock and needed the plans and elevations within a very short time. He not only provided me with the plans but then helped with emails with planning advice which was invaluable and talked me through each part of the process. He eventually took over and spent his own time making sure my application got submitted. I can quite honestly say that without his knowledge, understanding and patience my application would not have even left the starting blocks. Cannot thank William enough for his help in this process from start to finish. And he was such good value for money compared to anyone else out there. I would say to anyone who needs help with any aspect of the planning process, William is your man.Website Feedback: I heard from William pretty much straight away, which was brilliant as I was actually in a massive hurry as the council kept asking for plans asap and although I thought I had submitted the correct ones, it transpired that I hadn't.

Website Feedback: William of Architecture One was very helpful and talked about what we wanted when he did his first site visit. He showed us two plans one which we had thought of and one he suggested as looking better. We choose the one he suggested for an attached garage to our house. He was very efficient and submitted the plans very quickly. Would highly recommend him to anyone and would of course use William again. Excellent service.
