He didn't seem particularly interested. The assessor has reported that the is only low energy lighting fitted to 40% of fixed outlets. Our own survey reveals this to be 62%.

He arrived promptly, as arranged, and worked quickly. His manner and attitude were very professional but he was also very pleasant, polite and efficient. He said that the survey would take about half an hour and it was completed within 25 minutes. I received the EPC report within an hour after he finished. I was very impressed with the whole service and would not hesitate to use Anstey Energy in the future for any similar requirements.

Quality of service : When I was sent the certificate, it was obvious that a) he hadn't used the info I'd given him, b) made me responsible for not giving him info for which he'd never even asked, c) miscalculated energy usage and d) would not alter the original assessment given the supplementary info I'd given him re that above.
Value for money : Of the other quotes I'd been given, he was keen to fix a date and seemed good value for money
Professionalism : Certainly in his demeanour, but obviously not in the execution of the function. In correspondence with him he agreed that the numbers didn't appear right but that this was due to the formulae and standards to which his profession has to work. I do understand some of the reasoning but it still leaves me with an inaccurate EPC for our house.
