I am a 48 year old local, independent and fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with 25 years experience which includes a wealth of survey work on all sizes, types and ages of residential property. I have an in depth knowledge of construction techniques, diagnosing defects, recommending practical repairs, cost estimating , building regulations and planning law.
I can also provide budget estimates for repairs to help assist the buyer in identifying significant hidden costs.In my experience this can,where appropriate,help to negotiate down the value of any potential purchase.The real cost of any house purchase lies in the hidden defects and subsequent costly repairs.It is vital prior to proceeding that clients are made fully aware of all costs.
My reputation is based upon local personal service ensuring the prompt delivery of high quality practical advice and budget costs to clients.I will undertake all inspections and reports myself.
