Quality of service : The surveyor was knowledgeable, gave me a useful tutorial on the subject and provided me with all the things I needed: a report, a plan and some stickers. All done within 48 hours.
Value for money : Time on site was short and the paperwork was a standard format with my name and address on, so they are charging plenty. Nevertheless their quote was within a few pounds of competitors and you pay for qualifications, experience and effectiveness.
