We used Allied surveyors for a Level 2 survey on our purchase. From start to finish, they were exceptional. Wendy had fantastic customer service. Our surveyor was Billy and he was outstanding. He rang us straight after the survey and spent almost an hour talking things through on the phone. He then sent the report through the next day, which was much more detailed than any surveys we have had before from other companies. Billy welcomed further emails and phone calls from us with any other queries and always made us feel valued. Following the survey, we secured a great reduction off the purchase price. We would rate them 5/5 and would most definitely use Allied again.
