Promptness of response : The first appointment made was cancelled by Claire but as a mother I understood her predicament when she had to look after her daughter. We made another appointment and Claire turned up on time and carried out a very satisfactory survey on my property. Some of the questions asked got me rummaging through my files but it was a good learning curve! She is very thorough and professional and emailed me the EPC certificate at the agreed time. I would certainly recommend this lady to others wanting a similar service.

Value for money : Some estate agents charge much more for a similar service so I reckon that the surveyor's charge was very good!
