I'm James, I'm an independent Building Surveyor based in South London. Whilst I help many experienced purchasers ensure they have a complete understanding of the condition of the property they are purchasing, I particularly like helping first time buyers with their move. Buying your first home can be daunting and the industry jargon and risks can make it feel more stressful. I'm always happy to talk to buyers about the different levels of surveys and why it's important to choose the right option. James was absolutely amazing. I had a level 3 survey, and I can't emphasise how thorough James was. The report included detailed photos and descriptions of everything however minor. I can't emphasise just how much of a great service I got from James with regard to the Homebuyers survey I ordered. He was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, making sure to keep me updated about the different steps involved as well as always taking the time to explain anything I was unsureof to me. His report is really detailed and comes with pictures - something that other surveyors I contacted previously wanted to charge more for. He took only 2 business days to get the report back to me once the survey was done and made time to discuss his findings with me over the phone. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends!
