Quality of service :  I found the young man to be somewhat unfriendly. He was peering through my sitting room window when I arrived back to my property 5 mintutes before the appointed time. Whether I was running a bit behind or not it's not appropriate to look through the windows. My neighbour saw him and questioned what he was doing. He also foolishly parked right across my drive entrance. On entering the property his attitude was nonchalant and quite rude. He got on with his job, I told him I would be in my office upstairs if he needed me. He asked where the gas meter was. I showed him and he used his own key. However he left it wide open on leaving. These things may seem trivial but I'm an easy going friendly person and rarely make negative comments about people but this chap needs to improve his manner if he wants to make a decent impression on entering someone else's home.

Promptness of response :  Sean replied by return. I phoned him and was impressed by his friendly, helpful response. He was happy to contact our tenant to make arrangements for visits - everything went very smoothly.
Quality of service :  Sean completed an EICR report at our tenanted property. There were a couple of minor issues which he sorted for us on a subsequent visit. As we don't live close to the property, all arrangements were made on the phone and by email. Everything went according to plan and we are very satisfied customers.

Promptness of response :  In fact, within less than a minute of receiving the email list, Sean telephoned me. He was very professional, competitive and eager to please.
Quality of service :  I have two flats in Nottingham that both needing Electrical Safty Certificates. I arranged access to both using my letting agent and the onsite porter. I sent a detailed email to Sean with full instructions. He took over from there and arranged with the tenants a convenient time and carried out the work. In one flat he found a problem which he sent photos and a quote to fix. The quote again was very competitive and I asked him to proceed which he did. Shortly after the work was completed I received the two certificates and the bill which I very happily paid. Thank you Sean for an excellent experience.
Value for money :  I have relationships with other electricians in other areas of the country so was able to ask advise. They confirmed that the quotes I received from Sean were very competitive and gave me confidence from my conversations and dealing with sean that he was very professional and provided very good value for money.
