Company Information
We provide Planning Permission & Architectural services across the Lancashire area and further afield.
We regularly undertake measured surveys and produce existing and proposed plans for a range of client and project types, as part of a complete planning and design service. Once planning is achieved, we offer a Building Regulation service to seek plan approval and allow you to pass there to contractors for pricing.
We also have a good network of Contractors / Builders we can recommend, and also Structural Engineers, Ecologists etc.
