Our snagging reports are designed to achieve a hassle free snagging experience between our clients and property developers, with photographic evidence, detailed descriptions and standards included, to ensure defects are clear for the developer to action. All of our snagging reports can be passed onto building developers to rectify any defects raised as part of their two-year warranty.

Jake came round to do our snagging survey and I was very impressed with the service he provided for us. He pointed out some areas that he was particularly concerned with to make sure that I understood exactly what he was putting in the report. The report came back to us very quickly and was very descriptive of the problem areas and had photo evidence to show the snags that he found. What I also liked was the references to the NHBC codes that the developer should have adhered to, to avoid that particular snag. Jake has a sharp eye for detail and takes his time to fully investigate properties room-by-room. The final report is detailed, structured, contains photos, and associated guidelines and regulations. This makes it easy to send to the property developed and not be messed around as well as having written regulations to validate whether repair work was done correctly.
