Promptness of response :  Having given my instructions following a site visit, was informed i would receive drawings in a couple of days. Had to chase after a week, and then received something that would have taken 5 minutes, and which i could have donne on the back of an envelope.
Quality of service :  Poor
Value for money :  Totally overpriced, I believe I was misled as to what would be provided.
