A few of the companies e-mailed me and I decided to give Stephen Laffan of AK Property Consultancy a go. He explained all the different surveys to me and recommended which one to go for (by the way it was not the most expensive) Stephen arranged everything with the estate agent and before I knew it he had e-mailed me the survey. A couple of things confused me but Stephen was happy to answer my questions. I subsequently didnt purchase the house but have now offered on another house and again I am having the survey done by Stephen.
