Promptness of response :  David was able to arrange to come to visit the site within a few days.
Quality of service :  I was impressed with David's knowledge and have employed him to draw up feasibility plans. This work is still ongoing and I expect to use him for further stages of the project.
Value for money :  His fee proposal was similar to another that I obtained but as the work is not complete I cannot comment further.
