Promptness of response :  Although the office was only occuied some of the time, I got straight into contact with Lee and arranged a survey date within the week.
Quality of service :  The survey was carried out very efficiently. I was kept in the picture throughout and got some instant feedback prior to receiving the formal report.
Value for money :  The cost was doublw that mentioned on your website, but I was content to pay the anount required.
Professionalism :  The report was sent to me once I had paid the invoice. I was hapy with all aspects of the transaction.

Promptness of response :  Drainage Solutions paid a visit to our property twice, once on 24th April to conduct a CCTV survey of our drains and yesterday (23rd May ) to carry out a repair to the drain. There was some delay in sending us their report following the survey, but on both occasions we were very satified with the way they conducted the work. The operatives were friendly and informative about the nature of their work and left the site after the repair in a clean and tidy condition. There is a likelihood that some further work on our drains will be necessary and we will use Drainage Solutions again.
Quality of service :  See above.
Value for money :  This work was the subject of a successful insurance claim and the insurance company paid up without question, so I presume it was good value for money.
Professionalism :  Seemed very knowledgable about the nature of our drain problem and conducted the repair efficiently.
