Quality of service :  I wasn't there as the inspection was being completed on a property going through subject to contract
Value for money :  In that a report was provided identifying various issues (accompanied by the invoice which was paid within an hour of receiving). I have to take on trust that a thorough inspection was completed, that view supported by previous very positive feedback I have had no reason to believe other than a good job was completed.
Professionalism :  Up to the point of the work being completed and the resulting report being received I have requested a quote for the work identified in the inspection and to date am still waiting (work completed 14 August) this is very minor stuff and possibly quite low in the pecking order but to me in the process of purchase it could be quite important..... if other work commitments are taking priority or any of a myriad of things are preventing a quote being sent or maybe there's no interest in doing the work just say so. I also had the house owner complain that there shower failed immediately following the inspection, stuff happens and it's no big deal, I left a message just asking if the issue was resolved and again no response. communication is key and what let's down many in the service industry. We (the customers) are potentially the next big job and free advertising (or not)

Quality of service :  Richard came to my house on the specified date and time and carried out the job very professionally.
Value for money :  More than happy with the price it was around what I expected and can't complain when the job was completed to a very high standard.
Professionalism :  Richard is friendly bloke who knows his job inside out. Richard will definitely be my go too electrician in the future.

Website Feedback: Very easy to use and received a call from a supplier early the next morning. Very efficient service. Supplier Feedback: I used the website on Monday evening and Richard rang before 9 the next morning and came out 2 hours later. He solved the problem straight away and even changed a bulb in another room for me,where I was having a problem working out the fitting! Richard gave me advice on the correct bulbs to use in the bathroom and checked to see that the fuse box was in good condition. He was a very pleasant young man and I would definitely use him again.
