Virtually Sold is a family run business with over 12 years industry experience.
Although based in Scunthorpe, we made the decision to operate completely online. This doesn’t mean that you will receive any less of a service. In fact, you will receive everything that you can expect from a more traditional agency. After all, we are still traditional estate agents ourselves!
The difference really, is that our shop window is a digital one. Given that the majority of searches are conducted online, and published on property portals such as Rightmove, you can be sure that we can provide you with the right amount of exposure. Being a modern estate agent, doesn’t mean either that we lose sight of other ways in which your property can be marketed. We are happy to tailor our services to meet your needs specifically.
As well as being able to offer our clients great fixed prices, a range of flexible products and services and options to pay on completion, we pride ourselves on delivering nothing short of excellence, when it comes to customer service. To support this, we operate a 7 day a week service between the hours of 7am and 22.30pm. This is so we can work flexibly around you.

Her initial response to my email request for an EPC was to reply saying there was one in force, and I did not really need one at the moment. Most commendable. Once I stated I did want one, Donna agreed to visit the following day, a Saturday. I can hardly moan at the 'delay'.
Value for money : Donna Fletcher arrived at the agreed time, and promptly went to work, taking measurements and photographs both inside and out. Even the loft did not escape. After a full hour, the inspection was over. The resultant EPC followed very quickly, by email, plus it was listed on the nationwide database at the same time.
Professionalism : A thoroughly professional young lady, with a good business head. If others are treated with the same degree of service, then they will be highly satisfied.
