I used Mark to draw up plans for an extension to add a utility room to our kitchen. He listened to what we wanted and came up with the plans exactly as requested. He handled an issue we had with a mains sewer running under where we wanted to build quickly and efficiently, he did all the paperwork to do with the council etc., all in all he did it all! We had to do nothing, he even found us a builder! I would highly recommend him!
