We approached Justin at Architectural Consultants to plan our single story extension and we're so glad we did! From the start of the project it was clear that Justin ‘knows his stuff'; not only did he come up with a great design, he also guided us through the planning and tendering process painlessly. It's worth noting that Justin puts everything onto the plans, down to the last socket and light switch which meant we were able to compare prices accurately. We both have busy jobs and took the decision to keep Justin on in a project management role this has turned out to be the best decision we could have made. He has pushed through this project despite difficulties with our contractor; they ceased trading part way through. If you're looking for an architect who is friendly, professional, value for money and not afraid to try new things we can't recommend Architectural Consultants enough.

Me and my wife can't recommend Justin enough to anyone who is looking for an architect. We had decided to extend our kitchen and so we contacted Justin for guidance. We looked for an Architect once we had decided that we wished to extend our home. Having retired some years ago from a management role in major construction,it was easy to put together a brief for an Architect. We met Justin, who immediately impressed and with Terms agreed, Justin set about producing a set of Drawings and a Specification. Once this stage was agreed, Justin then applied for Planning and Building Regulation permission. The application was subsequently successful and the Drawings and Specification were provided to the Tendering Contractors to enable the project to be priced. The service provided by by Justin was excellent as were his Drawings and Spec. His professional approach was indeed first class and we are delighted that we engaged him.

I can highly recommend Justin Davies, architect, who I have known since May 2017. Justin designed plans for my garage to be converted into a granny flat with an extension at the back of the garage for a bathroom and lobby. The plans produced by Justin were high quality, detailed computerised print. He explained the drawings to me and I was happy making changes to the design that I required.
