Quality of service :  The survey was conducted soon after my taking up the quote provided. I received a phone call on the day of the survey to update me with the findings and then shortly after received an incredibly thorough but easy to understand report.
Value for money :  In comparison to other quotes I received I would actually describe this as inexpensive. That coupled with how thorough it was and the savings we have made by being able to act on the results of the survey, value for money could not be better!
