Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We can provide you with a set of estimates from Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) who cover your local area.
You will need to consider finding an estate agent to sell your property. This could be a traditional Estate Agent with a local office or it could be one of the new online Estate Agents. We can provide an initial set of estimates from Estate Agents for the likely costs to sell your house.
A Floor Plan will probably be needed before a sales brochure can be produced. Your Estate Agent my arrange this for you or it may be better for you to arrange this directly. We can provide a set of estimates for Floor Plans.
Once a price has been agreed with a prospective buyer you will need conveyancing. This could be supplied by a traditional Solicitor or by a specialist Conveyancer. Some Conveyancers operate on line and can provide a good low cost service.
If you will also be buying a property then you may also want to make contact with some Mortgage Brokers who cover your local area and who will be able to find you the best deal.
