Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Needed if you are renting out a property to a tenant. Get a list of estimates from Energy Assessors who cover your area.
Commercial Energy Performance Certificate. Needed for a Commercial Property.
Display Energy Certificate. Needed if you have a public building or a public area within your building.
Air Condition Inspection. Needed if you have an air conditioning system which is rated to consume power above a certain level.
Schedule of Condition and Dilapidation. Arrange for a Schedule of Condition to be drawn up at the beginning of a lease or a Schedule of Dilapidation at the end of a lease.
Rent Review. Are your rent values in line with current market values? Get an independent rent review from a Surveyor.
Electrician. Find an Electrician to fix something in your property.
Electrical Report. If you are renting a house to a tenant you will need to have a current Electrical Report.
Unblock the Drains. If one of your drains is blocked you might need help quickly. Get a set of estimates from a list of contractors and find out who can attend quickest.
Drainage Report. Do the drains need surveying with a CCTV camera? Get a set of estimates from a list of local contractors.
Asbestos Report. Do you need an Asbestos Report for your property? Do you have a documented Asbestos Management Plan in operation? An expert will be able to help you meet your obligations.
Arboricultural Survey. Do you have any major trees that need to be surveyed with reference to their health or to find out more about them?
Structural Inspection. Have you got problems with the structure of your building. Uneven door frames, or window frames, significant cracks in walls, sagging in the roof line etc. Get a set of estimates for an inspection.
