Conservatories

If you are considering having a conservatory built you will need to consider planning permission and architectural or building design services.

If you are unhappy with the quality of a recently built conservatory, and are considering taking legal action, you may need the services of an Expert Witness.

Conservatories occasionally suffer from problems that become apparent some time after construction has been completed. Subsidence due to inadequate foundations are relatively common as are leaks from faulty joints. For problems with subsidence you may need to consider the services of a Structural Engineer who will carry out a Specific Structural Inspection to identify problems and recommend repairs.
